It's the 'bar' character (The | between One and Open). It's not a big deal, but you can replace it with a URL encode to get rid of the error.

<link href=' http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
                                                         <!-- ^ change this -->
<link href=' http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One%7Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
                                                         <!-- ^ to this -->

what does URL encode is?
