HTML5/ Actionscript3/Flash Vector art confusion..can anyone shed some light

Hi guys,

    Right now I am learning HTML and CSS, I am intent on going through the entire Web Dev track. I do however want to produce an in- web browser  game using actionscript3  with Flash vector art. Will this be possible with HTML 5? Sorry for my noobish ignorance.  Thanks :)
