Your question is impossible to answer, since it's hard to make out what you're saying, but if you want to target the entire document, use the asterisk (*) selector - Shift 8 on your keyboard

If I am interpreting your question correctly you need to zero out the padding and margin of your html and body tags. This can be done in your css sheet or you can link to the normalize.css sheet and that should take care of it for you.
