Html/Css templates for social profile site

Hi there, Really enjoying learning throughTreehouse its super addictive!!

Could you please possibly share some advice? I am putting together an interactive website so users can build their own profiles. Firstly I'm intending to start with the landing page and then develop further from there, I have deadlines to meet as it is a university project so am aiming to have the landing page/about and blog pages roughly finished within a couple of months.

I have been suggested to use a html/Css template for a basis, then build from there. Are there any recommended templates suited for constructing the sort of website I want to?

Hey Reuben,

You might take a look at Twitter Bootstrap (http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/). It has tons of features to get you going on your project including responsive grid-based layouts, preset typography styles, and lots of different forms/buttons/menus, etc.
