PHP The php.ini File

http://localhost/phpinfo.php - Blank page

When i type "http://localhost/phpinfo.php" in my browser it doesn't happen anything, just blank page appears.

I believe you need something like: /path/to/file.ext

It seems like in this phpinfo.php file should be something like this:
