Courses Plus Student 3,784 PointsI am a full stack javascript + php developer with professional education but what now?
I want to rapidly increase my experience using the knowledge I already have but, I want to do this efficiently without wasting needless time. Currently I am looking for job while practicing everyday. So far I had 2 job interviews , 1 Job was a joke and second job i actually made it with great salary and I signed contract but they changed they are mind and choose someone with 3 years of experience ... On the fly I want to start doing some freelance job but In order to somehow get first customer I must showcase projects. I have done only one serious project so far building a MEAN application . It was impressive and got me job interviews but i feel like it's not enough. I want to know exactly how can I move forward build something that will increase my experience to a new level . Phase 1 was to get the technical knowledge and it's completed. Phase 2 is getting the experience but I don't want to do it slowly I have 14 hours free everyday and I use it to practice but I want to this more efficiently , lately I don't feel tremendous improvement like before. I need your detailed help to Improve further beyond I don't care working hard for it. All I want Is correctly detailed Instructions on how and what should I do next. (I know I need to build something but I am not creative on that part so I can't find something to build). Also when building something I want to utilize everything I know.

Just build stuff, and make it look good. You might not necessarily feel like you're learning anything, which isn't really important. What you're focusing on is building something to show off your skills. If you can't think of anything to build, just think of tiny problems you can solve in your everyday life and how you can solve them with PHP/JavaScript

15,583 PointsItay Joseph , There are plenty of freelance websites that ask help with a specific problem or project. Maybe it's worth checking out those websites. Hope it's helpfull.
Also if you want to expand your knowledge on coding. Just start a personal project on building something. Something that is still a bit vaguely for you to build. Those things challenge you. For me it was building a chess game :)
