HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create Radio Buttons

I am at a loss as to where I should insert the label- before the radio buttons? <label>Shirt Size:</label>? help please

Stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would break up the select and the radio buttons like so:
