I am getting the following errors: 'ViewController.Type' does not have a member named...

For each line of defining constants, I am getting this error: 'ViewController.Type' does not have a member named 'apiKey' 'ViewController.Type' does not have a member named 'baseURL' 'ViewController.Type' does not have a member named 'forecastURL'

I have made sure that there are no spaces in my strings. And I have tried cleaning the code. Any other ideas? Thanks!
