I am getting this error message: To make a method return true or false, you should use a boolean.

I'm not sure what else I can do to actually return a Boolean result, either True or False in my code. In my analysis, everything is as clean as it can be.

GoKart.java 
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public Boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_BARS;
  }

You've got an issue with returning the wrapper Class vs. a primitive (i.e. boolean vs Boolean).

If you change it to this:

public boolean isBatteryEmpty () {
  return mBarsCount == 0;
}

you should be golden.
