When l highlight and drag images onto my work space side bar. The darkened area where l l am supposed to drop the images to upload, doesn`t appear.

Treehouse TeacherAlso, make sure that your images are not contained in a zip file or other archive file format. If they are you'll need to extract them first before uploading

1,989 PointsIm using Chrome, box appears but won't upload my images that are unzipped. I've tried one at a time, using the file upload feature for one at a time, but still can't upload into my workspace. Please advise.
I unzipped a couple times, finally it worked. The file upload kept taking me to the zip file. I had two of the same file open, one unzipped and one the default showing it unzipped. Finally they all copied. I still think there may be a bug there but alas I can move on.

Treehouse TeacherLinda Daniels are you absolutely 100% positive that you're trying to drag the pictures that have been extracted and not the pictures in the zip file? If you are positive that they are the uncompressed versions, then you may need to contact support about this.

2,305 PointsI had this exact same issue when I first started. I did a bit of investigating and realized it was the browser. I was using Firefox and the grey box to drag and drop did not appear for me, I switched to Chrome and it worked just fine. Hope this helps.

37,150 PointsI had that problem too, in workspaces you can do File -> upload file and just move it to where you need it.
