I am having problem with the Code challenge task 4 in the videos about arrays.

Could someone tell me , where am I mistaking because I literally can't find the mistake in my code. Thanks:)

array.swift
// Code challenge arena

var arrayOfInts = [1,2,3,4,5,6]

arrayOfInts.append(7)

arrayOfInts += [8]

let value = arrayOfInts[4]

arrayOfInts.remove(at: 5)

let discardedValue = arrayOfInts

Hi Mino!

You are assigning the whole array to the discardedValue constant. Instead you need to assign it to: arrayOfInts.remove(at: 5)

Best regards, Jonas

// Enter your code below
// Code challenge arena

var arrayOfInts = [1,2,3,4,5,6]

arrayOfInts.append(7)

arrayOfInts += [8]

let value = arrayOfInts[4]
// here:
let discardedValue = arrayOfInts.remove(at: 5)
