I am not getting 3 columns for my pics on portfolio page

Not sure why I cannot achieve 3 columns on portfolio page instead of 2.

You should update your code to 

  #gallery li {
    width: 28.3333%;
  }

  #gallery li:nth-child(3n + 1) {
    clear: left; 
  }
