I am on a PC. How do I set up the phpmyadmin on Xampp? Do not see instructions, just MAMP for Mac user

New to this the Xampp Control panel looks much different and just not sure where to go. This is all new territory for me.

If it is adding a user that you are struggling with, try Clicking on Privileges on the top menu Then the Add user account
