We have a variable named userName and we want the value of this variable to be the string concatenation of an uppercase version of the id and lastName variable with an octothorp or hashtag in between.

So something like this:

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
