I am trying to install the "gem install bundler" and "Rails", but am getting error message.

Error message on Command Line says: Could not find a valid gem 'bundler' <>= 0>

Hi Tim

I assume you are using Window 7/8 terminal, probably behind firewall software issue. Please switch from https://rubygems.org to http://rubygems.org without secure "https"

Try this: gem sources -r https://rubygems.org -a http://rubygems.org

I have tried downloading the gem bundler with the windows firewalls turned off and it did not make any difference. Since I am adding this from the command prompt, I do not know how to switch the folder from https to http.
