I saw how to get it back from another post, but when i try to upload it, it says
"Sorry, this upload was unsuccessful. Please try again by selecting all the files within the directory.
ProTip You can upload an entire directory tree with Chrome."
What should I do?

Treehouse TeacherI'm not sure this is the problem, but if you downloaded these files as a zip file or other archive file you're going to need to extract them before you can upload them.

Treehouse TeacherWhat happens if you try to click File->Upload and point it to the extracted file? Is it the same result?
Alternatively, as a less desirable solution, you could recreate your index.html file in the workspace and then copy/paste the contents of your local index.html file into the new one.
