I am unable to drag the img files to the work space

Are you dragging them to the bottom of the workspace? When you hover over it, it should say something about "drag and drop files here."

Yes I am. I have managed to get some of my own images on there. I have made a folder for them but I am not able to drag the files into the folder either

Did you unzip/extract the images?

I'm having the same problem, tried with google chrome and explorer and nothing.

make sure they are being dropped in the darker box that appears in the bottom of the left column.

Hi yes I unzipped it also. Now I have another problem, when I logged back in I am on a task which I have already completed. But when I try to continue its saying that I haven't passed. Very frustrating

Before you unzip a file, create a separate empty file in another location. Right click on the file to extract and extract and save to your new folder. Then copy from new folder to Workspaces. The zip file can then be deleted from your downloads.

Hiya, Thanks I have just tried that but its still not working. I am on a different computer tody, was hoping that would help. I have sent a email with a image of the whole code I have used and a image of what is showing on the view option in workspace. Although now its just a single bullet point. Hopefully someone can help me to figure out whats wrong soon because I wanna get cracking on this today. Thanks for all of your help so far..

will it automatically unzip if I have moved it to a new location before uploading?

Oh dear, I have just realised what was wrong! I had my img folder called "Img" with a capital I and when I was doing my code I typed it as "img"! so simple! duh.... It wont let me upload my own images tho but could this be because they are the wrong size?

Forget that I have done it now it was another case of using capitals!

I fixed my problem ! Moved all files from download file to another file including img.zip. Then unzipped, transfered img files only to download file and presto, i was able to drag and drop. Hope this helps.
