I am visibly impaired due to eyes being dilated. Best option?

I couldn't find anything to put this under, so I put it into this category. SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP ME, I AM ENJOYING MY JAVASCRIPT COURSE SO MUCH DX

Is this a permanent condition?

Dilation is a commonly a temporary condition induced for eye exams. Is your case permanent? If so, you should speak to your eye doctor for advice, but typically it can be compensated for using dark glasses.
