You forgot to show which question you were on, but if it was "Which of the following is an absolute CSS measurement?" it would not be the answer because em is the font size relative to the font size of the parent element.

And if it was "Which of the following length units can be used to adjust an element relative to the size of the element's parent?" it would not be the answer because that question is not asking about font size, but element size.
