I believe the code I entered is correct but the site states that I am not. However, the feedback I get from the site ...

displays the following which is a contradiction:

Bummer! I entered "25". I expected "Value is out of bounds!" but got "Value is out of bounds" instead. What is wrong with my code and why the feedback to my answer does not make sense?

Hi there! Your syntax and logic are spot on, so kudos! Good job. However, it doesn't exactly meet the specifications of the challenge. The message to be printed should be "Value is out of bounds!". Note the exclamation mark here.

Challenges are super strict especially when checking for strings. It should match to the letter. This includes capitalization, spelling, punctuation and even spacing.

Your string is simply missing an exclamation point at the end.
