I believe there is a typo in this quiz question. Am I right?

The code given in the quiz is:

const button = querySelector('button.cancel'); button.addEventListener('click', () => { console.log('I clicked the button'); });

The quiz wants to know what will happen. Technically, shouldn't nothing happen because of a typo? I believe there is a missing "document." before the query selector. I was of the understanding that it is a necessary part of selecting the element.

Please let me know if I am wrong.
