I can not see the "set featured image" section in Portfolio. It shows in Posts and Pages though.

I followed each step in the Video. But The "set featured image" option does not appear under Portfolio as displayed in this video. When I edit a page or a blogpost though, the "set featured image" option is available.

Hi Felix,

Try this:

  • Within the dashboard, click on Custom Fields in the left navigation.
  • Under Field Groups look for Portfolio (or whatever you custom post type is) and click Edit.
  • Scroll down to the Options section.
  • Make sure Featured Image isn't ticked.
  • Click Update and recheck the website.

Are your featured images now showing?

Pavle solution worked for me! Maybe the CPT UI plugin has been updated since the video has been recorded.
