I cannot hear sound in Safari but can in Firefox

I had try any setting in Safari , but I cannot hear the sound .What different between these browsers?

Safari and Firefox don't share a similar video player, but they both do support the HTML video player. Youtube has a way to see which video player your browser supports(http://youtube.com/html5).
