I cannot run the project

When I try to run the project it says

Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD. VT-x is disabled in BIOS. Enable VT-x in your BIOS security setting .

Hi there! Yes, my guess is that you're likely on a laptop. In many cases, laptops have virtualization disabled by default in the BIOS system settings. You will need to consult the documentation that came with your computer about changing these settings in the BIOS.

:warning: Please be aware that not heeding the advice of the manufacturer of your computer when changing these settings could result in catastrophic damages to your system.

On a side note, if you've already enabled virtualization in BIOS, some anti-virus settings are known to prevent HAXM installation.
