I can't believe you guys charge money to do some of this stuff. You should pay me for wasting my time. No joke. Dead serious. You go through all the trouble of making everyone talk with their hand all animated and then fail to deliver on the most basic of requirements... like making sure the workshop is actually functional when the directions are followed. About ready to stop my subscription.

6,612 PointsHe is probably talking about the workspaces timing out or alerting "Not Authorized" when you open them. I believe this is has been an issue for the past few months, I still have been getting the error just about everyday as well and i'll admit that it does waste time.. The only way i've found to fix it in the moment is to restart my PC, but it either ends up happening again later in the day or the next day. I would like a solution to this as well.

Treehouse TeacherHi there! I'm inclined to agree with Steven Parker on this. None of us have yet really been told what the problem is other than it's "not functional". This is a broad enough description as to make it nearly impossible to help you.
As I was able to complete this workshop without any problem, I would gladly help you troubleshoot any problems you have to the best of my ability. But it's important to note, that I'm a student just like yourself. Because when you post here you are, for the most part, addressing other students. Treehouse defines the community as :
"... an active, helpful community of fellow Treehouse students."
If you believe the scope of the problem to be beyond our capabilities to troubleshoot, or if you sincerely believe that Treehouse has in some way wronged you, then my advice is to contact Treehouse directly by clicking the support link at the top of this page and look at the different options available to you. Unfortunately, if you have a problem with the company, we're unable to help you as we are customers as well.

5,664 PointsFor anyone having issues with the treehouse workspaces system, I personally switched to cloud9 midway through the course. I found it a lot better. It's at www.c9.io :)

231,269 PointsIf you pointed out any specific issues you discovered with the workshop exercises, I bet the staff would be interested in fixing them. But at the moment, they probably have no more clue than I do what you're talking about.
