I cant change fornt-family

I cant change font-family. Whatever i do , it wont change. Why? i try to change font family in bootstrap of navbar logo but no effect why? no effects on anythign.

font-family: 'fantasy', sans-serif;

Try it without quotation marks.

Such an easy mistake xd i use too much fonts from google and this here i found randomly on my debuger xd thank you very much! :D
