I Cant Drag And Drop Anything

it does not let me drag and drop anything from the Palette.

Somehow it works over the file content_fun_fact.xml rather then activity_fun_fact.xml as in this video. Open the file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2640491 And then you can drag and drop from palette. If it matters: I am using android 1.4 and the configuration of virtual device is Nexus 4 API 19, Android 4.4.2, CPU=arm.
