I can't figure out the code in the second task

So in the first step you created a new instance of the GoKart class. Did you assign the instance to a variable?

If the instance has been assigned to a variable then you just call the getColor() method on that variable. 

System.out.printf(myKart.getColor());

I think you are probably confused, because you didn't assign the new GoKart instance to a variable.
