def suggest(product_idea):

        if len(product_idea) < 3:
            raise ValueError("Please try again")
    return product_idea + "inator"

If you click preview you see: return product_idea + "inator" IndentationError: unindent does not match any outer indentation level.

return should line up with if like this:

def suggest(product_idea):
    if len(product_idea) < 3:
        raise ValueError("Please try again")
    return product_idea + "inator"
