I cant find a version of Command Line Tools for Xcode (im rocking an OSX 10.6.8)

IM not sure if im screwed. What should I do? Is there another file that will do the same thing for me? (I looked in developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action and couldn't find anything that said "Command Line Tools for Xcode" )

Is there a workaround?

Install lastest version of Xcode for snow leopard (I think it's 4.2). In the process you can select the command line tools.
