I can't find the prferences button on MAMP.

Have a look at these documentation pages from MAMP:

  • Windows
  • macOS (When they refer to "the menu" here, it is referencing the menu at the top of your screen, not any menu directly associated with the MAMP window.)

Austin, thank you. But it would have been nice if the change in the menu presentation had been noted in the teacher's notes. There are numerous Google requests and screenshots asking for help.
