I cant get a free month in the webhostingforstudents program, needed for wordpress?

Is there any other programs that will offer me a domain name/ web host for free? Because i have no idea what is going on with the webhostingforstudents website.

The discount is for 1 month off when you purchase the $25/year plan. When you enter the 'TREEHOUSE' discount code it should apply this discount.

Hey Buddy,

I am not sure about for free but there are some pretty cheap hosts about. Take a look at digital ocean they offer good hosting for $5 a month and you are not tide into a years contract. You just shut down the server when you have finished with it.

Ipage and other shared hosting companies offer cheap packages but you are tied in for the year.

I know they are not free but for the price of a cup of coffee you cant go wrong.
