i cant get this part right...please help

i cant seem to alter this script the right way. can someone please advise?

they want you to declare your variable at the begining of the function and then assign it a value when needed. See the video before this quiz around the 4:40 mark... http://teamtreehouse.com/library/javascript-foundations/variables/hoisting
