I can't pass this example. Please help me checking the code.

public class GoKart { private String mColor;

public Gokart(String color) { mColor = color; }

public String getColor() { return mColor; } }

I don't sure what is a problem here because I do as teacher's instruction.

GoKart.java

You're missing the assignment of a private string

Currently your code will generate an error seeing as there's nothing inside of mColor. You need to assign it a string via ='some_color', then the error code will cease.

For example:

public class GoKart {
  private String mColor = "red";

  // public constructor here
  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }
}
