I can't see what's wrong. Please help

First, I set <span> tags in my Html File, Second, I set .main-content span {} However, it doesn't work. What's wrong?

Hi Amy,

It looks like the challenge is asking you to target the paragraph tag (<p>) inside .main-content, not the span tag. If you change your selector from .main-content span to .main-content p, you should pass the challenge!

Hi Amy,

There is a small error in your html. It looks like this: <p><span>blablabla</p></span>

But the span is inside the paragraph, so at the end of of the paragraph the span should be closed first and then the paragraph.

I think using the <span> markup is also a solution in the real world. But I can't pass the challenge with this method. Instead I use .main-content p and passed. But Thanks.
