C# C# Streams and Data Processing Parsing Data Working with DateTime

I can't seem to get past this challenge with misguiding syntax errors

As the challenge says I created a static method called ParseWeatherForecast, initiated a new WeatherForecast object and returned the first data from the commented .csv file as values[0] to that object and returned it but it doesn't let me pass this challenge. I would like some feedback for my code and the solution :)

Program.cs
using System;
using System.IO;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    public class Program
    {
        public static void Main(string[] arg)
        {
            public static WeatherForecast ParseWeatherForecast(string[] values)
            {
                var weatherForecast = new WeatherForecast();
                weatherForecast.WeatherStationId = values[0];
                return weatherForecast;
            }
        }
    }
}
WeatherForecast.cs
using System;

Solved it by putting the method outside main in program.cs
