iOS Build a Simple iPhone App with Swift Improving Our User Interface Adding a Pop of Color

I cant seem to get the text color to match the background text color.

@IBAction func showFunFact() { var color = colorWheel.randomColor() funFactLabel.text = factBook.randomFact() // random fact generator view.backgroundColor = color // random color generator funFactButton.tintColor = color What is wrong with my code? I did control drag my button to the view controller.

Same problem here... anyone could tell?

This is what I have, it appears that you used var color =...., you should have used var randomColor. randomColor was a function that was created in the ColorWheel.swift file. Just insert random prior to color where shown below.

@IBAction func showFunFact() { var randomColor = colorWheel.randomColor() view.backgroundColor = randomColor funFactButton.tintColor = randomColor funFactLabel.text = factBook.randomFact() }
