I tryed what he used in the video Ctrl + Shift + 4 + Spacebar and that would not work so then I tryed Google and tryed the top 3 options and none of them worked i am stuck and cant move on. Help please!

This will not work on a PC.
PC: You will need to use the snipping tool.
Mac: Try cmd + shift + 4, then hold space.
