I can't understand Craig unfortunately, does he mean "Collar" or "collar" or "caller"? Or something else?

I'm getting confused with that word thus not allowing me to understand his explanation.

The "caller" is the code that references the function and causes it to run.

When you are unsure about something said in a video, try using the caption feature ("CC") to also see the words as they are spoken, or look on the Video Transcript tab to see the entire script.
