I cant watch any videos because they keep freezing. How do I fix this?

Every video I try to watch keeps freezing every few seconds making it impossible to watch any courses. I've started having this problem 2 days ago, everything worked fine before. I don't think its my internet connection. Can you please tell me whats wrong and if there's a way to fix it?
I apologize for the punctuation, my keyboard is experiencing some issues.

Hi

That's weird the only thing that I can think of is your internet connection, are you able to watch videos on youtube without any problems?

If that happens to me I would empty out my recycle bin and do a disk cleanup. Also try deleting your cache in your browser settings.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply, Ill try your advice. Im pretty sure its not the internet connection. Yes, youtube works perfectly fine.

Here's another way: You can pause the videos for sometime at the beginning of the video and then watch it without having any problem.
