Ben Jakuben - I don't seem to be able to watch any of the workshop videos. After winning the Android Animation forum contest last month, who's prize was a free month of Pro, I still can't watch any of the workshop videos or conference videos. I've so far had nearly a free month of basic. Would love to be able to watch some of the conference and workshops before my prize runs out. Any chance of getting this sorted? I did try and contact support over a week ago and I've not heard anything back. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

21,887 PointsTry to check if you still in 'Basic Membership' to do so: click your profile img on top right / Account Settings / Membership If you see the button "Upgrade to Pro" in your top left then you still in 'Basic Membership' and is about to have 2 months for free. So go ahead and Upgrade, then everything should work smoothly. At least it worked for me.
