I checked the video a few times and I am doing the challenge correctly, but it keeps saying I am doing it wrong.

grocery_item.has_value?("Bread")

hash.rb 
grocery_item = { "item" => "Bread", "quantity" => 1, "brand" => "Treehouse Bread Company" }
if grocery_item.has_value?("Bread")
grocery_item = { "food" => true}
end

What you did in this line grocery_item = { "food" => true} reassigned an entire new Hash to grocery_item; what you should do instead is just add a new key-value pair to grocery_item.

if grocery_item.has_value?("Bread")
  grocery_item["food"] = true
end
