I click versus 5 minute install. Can I still child theme?

Before I proceed to install Wordpress, I just wanted to ask what is probably a simple question: I will want to create a child theme for the theme I choose, but will I still have full access to the files needed to make the cool modifications that Zac talks about in "How to Make a Website in Wordpress"?

Thanks, Bobby

Sure you can. :-)

You will be able to install themes into your /themes folder after Wordpress is installed. You will also be able to create your own themes and make child themes from existing ones that are inside your /themes folder.

Once you get a little further in the course it will become more clear.

Have fun and create something amazing! :-D

Awesome! Thanks, Sean. I'm completely involved in this now. I have about another month before I have to go back to a "real" job, so I"m getting everything I can in while I still have time to do 15 hours a day. I'm obsessed! B
