I completed my first section in the Swift Basics what can I do to practice or find beginner friendly material?

I'm new to programming and Pasan suggested that we practice a little before continuing on to the next section. I'm not quite sure how to "practice " and where to find beginner friendly material to help.

I would just play around on Xcode playground and get a feel for what you just learned and see if you can replicate any of it by memory, etc.
