I didn't know it's NOT ALLOWED to open multiple accounts with the same payment methods.

I can't see it in Terms and Condition. Anyone can point this out on me? I can't ask for a refund because of that. Strange.

I suppose that could trip an abuse flag. However, I would think 2 siblings both using their parents credit card (with their parents permission) would be a valid use case for this.

I don't know for Treehouse, so the Treehouse staff has the last say on billing matters, that being said if you are looking for some advice we are going to need more context.

Friends using 1 paypal account. That's the use case here.

I'm asking a refund because the other account that using my paypal, accidentally or without his knowledge that when your on trial and you upgrade to gold, you will instantly charged. So I told him to go back to silver and ask for a refund. Then the support told me that they will not refund because there are multiple accounts using that payment method.
