Python Using Databases in Python Meet Peewee Create Table

i do not know what is wrong ?i have gone over the code many time but still fails !

at this point i have gone over the code and look on the internet but i do not see the problem can you help me ?

tables.py 
from peewee import *
db=SqliteDatabase('challenges.db')
class Challenge(Model):
    name=CharField(max_length=100)
    language=CharField(max_length=100)

class Meta:
    database = db

The Meta class needs to be inside the Challenge class. Just put a tab in front of your last two lines and it'll do the trick!

from peewee import *

db=SqliteDatabase('challenges.db')

class Challenge(Model):
    name=CharField(max_length=100)
    language=CharField(max_length=100)
    #Meta class must be within the Challenge class
    class Meta:
        database = db
