13,608 PointsI think you have maybe misunderstood the last question a little bit. Its not asking for $fullName to be changed but for you to echo it and concatenate it with the rest of the string.

$firstName = "Rasmus";
$lastName = "Lerdorf";
$fullName = $firstName . " " . $lastName;
echo $fullName . " was the original creator of PHP." . "\n";
