i dont get this qeustion ?

public class GoKart { public static final int MAX_BARS = 8; private String mColor; private int mBarsCount;

public GoKart(String color) { mColor = color; mBarsCount = 0; } public boolean isBatteryEmpty() { return mBarsCount == 0; } public boolean isFullyCharged() { return MAX_BARS == 8; }

public String getColor() { return mColor; }

public void charge() { mBarsCount = MAX_BARS; } }

it have to be return false when ifullyCharged is not full. but dont know how :$

public boolean isFullyCharged() { 
   return MAX_BARS == 8; 
}

MAX_BARS is a constant so it will always be == 8, so this method will always return true. This method wants check what the current charge is, so instead of comparing the constant to the magic number 8 lets check if the current charge is == the max charge.

public boolean isFullyCharged() { 
   return mBarsCount == MAX_BARS; 
}
