I don't get why we use method "downloadPhotoWithURL" in PhotoCell class

I can't catch the idea of using such method since we downloaded the data in viewDidLoad. What's the purpose of downloading them one more time? Refresh method in PhotosViewController downloads the json data and parse it, all we have to do is extract image to a cell, i guess. I'd be glad if you could clarify it to me
