I don't know how to fix this error

I keep getting this error:

Example.java18: error: cannot find symbol while (dispenser.dispense()) { ^ symbol: method dispense() location: variable dispenser of type PezDispenser 1 error

I've double checked my code and I'm not sure what is missing.
